Literature studies reveal that mankind spends 90% of their life indoors. The current COVID 19, pandemic situation has capped the socialization among people due to diverse reasons. This questioned as well challenged age-old practices and standards have been adopted in designing spaces for various functions. study reinstates need maintain health occupants especially corporate offices. Achieving users’ wellness include some aspects thermal comfort is challenging. aim study, understand achieve key parameters revolves around ‘health’ ‘wellness’ expected be occupied partially even during challenging situations. Exploratory methodology identify consolidate such this article. data was collected from secondary resources ‘Well Building Standard’ by International Well Institute, ‘Indian Green rating system’, ‘pandemic guidelines’ ‘research articles’. It observed ‘adequate appropriate ventilation’, ‘indoor native plants’ ‘relative humidity’ considered while facilitating functioning with minimum occupancy situations which demand physical social distancing. role impacts these explored real time contexts.
